Boil one kilo chicken in a very small amount of water. Add chopped garlic 1tsp, 2-3 dark cardamom, 2-3 light cardamom, 1 tsp black cumin, 2-3 cinnamon, ground garlic, salt and put on steam.
Now in another pan take 3-4 medium chopped onions and 3-4 finely sliced onions and fry them.
When brown add 2 tbsp garlic paste, 2 tbsp ginger paste and half kilo yogurt and cook well.
Add chicken with its stock in it.
Next boil rice with salt. Now layer rice and chicken like you would for biryani.
Steam and when rice is soft, serve.
