Beef Pilaf

#cooking

Chicken or mutton 1 kg

Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

Red chili powder 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Whole spices (clove, cardamom, cinnamon)

Put all these together on a stove and wait for it to cook in its own juices. Leave some juice in and set this aside.

Par boil rice 1 kg.

Yogurt 1.5 pound

Freshly chopped ginger garlic 2 tsp

Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

Whole spice powder 1/2 tsp

Whole nutmeg and mace crushed 1/4 tsp

Now whip these up well together.

Now add this mixture to the prepared meat. Layer rice on top. Now fly onions and layer on top of this. Now put on high flame to steam for up to 10 minutes. Then lower the flame to medium. Then keep on steam for twenty minutes. Ready when rice is cooked.
