Chicken Makhni/ Butter chicken


Boneless chicken 1/2 kg

Butter 100 gm

Onion 1/2 kg

Yogurt 1/2 kg

Cream 1/2 cup

Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

Red pepper crushed 1 tsp

Ground cumin 1 tsp

Ground black pepper 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Oil 2 tbsp

Heat the oil. Put butter and onions in it. Then add ginger garlic paste, ground cumin, black pepper, red pepper, salt and sauté well. Next add yogurt and cook some more. Now add chicken and let cook. Once all done add cream, fresh cilantro and green chilies. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Ready to serve.
