Chargha ala Tata Ammi

Chicken 1 whole

Onion one large ground

Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

Almonds 2 ground

Sesame seed 2 tbsp ground

Red chili powder 1 tsp

Whole spice powder 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Yogurt 3 pounds

Make cuts on the chicken (tikka style). Rub a cut lemon vigorously on the whole chicken. Whip yogurt and add all the ingredients to it. Marinate chicken in this and let sit for four hours. Next bake chicken at 200F for 1-1-5 hours.

Now take oil in a large pan. Put chicken in it (whole) and fry to get the crust. Don’t worry if it starts to turn brown fast. Just make sure the insides don’t dry out. This takes only two minutes in hot oil so don’t overdo it.

Carve and serve.
