Karahi Chicken


Chicken cut in karahi pieces 1 kg

Tomatoes grind in a grinder 6-8 Roma or 1 kg

Coriander powder 1 tbsp

Turmeric 1 tsp

Red chili powder 1 tbsp

ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp

Cilantro one bunch

Ginger julienned for garnish

Whole white cumin 0.5 tsp

Whole spice powder 0.5 tsp

Heat oil. Add white cumin whole. After it starts to turn brown, add chicken. When the chicken becomes white, add ginger garlic paste to it. Now cook the chicken in this after adding red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder. Now set it aside after cooking well.

After grinding Roma tomatoes add red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder half tsp and 3-4 tbsp oil. Now add chicken to it and continue to cook. Just let it simmer and when the oil separates, karahi is ready.

Garnish as you desire.
