Chicken Shashlik

Make small cubes of boneless chicken breast or thigh 1 kg

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Soya sauce 2-3 tbsp

Chili sauce 3-4 tbsp

Ajinomoto 2 tbsp

Salt to taste

Black pepper 1 tsp

Marinate chicken in this. Can marinate for twelve hours to a day.

Cut green pepper, tomatoes, carrots and onions in cubes.

When ready to fry, use the same marinade that you made for the chicken. Do this step right before frying. Otherwise everything will be soggy.

Fry shallow.

Ready.
