Beef koftay (meat balls).

Beef mince from a non-fat area or cleaned of fat: 1 kg

Yogurt 4 tbsp

Oil 4 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

Crushed in a blender onions 2 tbsp

Sliced onions 1

Whole spice powder 0.5 tbsp

Cilantro

green chilies 6-8

Red chili powder 0.5 tbsp

Salt to taste

Mix yogurt and mince together in a blender. Next add all the above ingredients into it manually. Now in a separate pan, fry the sliced onions and add the oil and onions to this.

For curry:

Onions 3-4 finely chopped

Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

Red chili powder 0.5 tbsp

Turmeric 1/2 tsp

Tomatoes 3-4 and make paste

Yogurt 2-3 tbsp

Oil 1 cup

Salt to taste

Whole spice powder for sprinkle

Heat oil and add onions and brown them. Then add ginger garlic paste. Now add tomato paste. Now sauté it until oil separates. Now make meat balls and add. Don’t add water if using nonstick. Or use less than a cup and set on very low flame for 30-45 minutes.

Koftay are ready.
