Nut butter

Take almonds, pecans, hazelnuts and any other nut that you like.

Soak overnight

Next put them in the oven and roast them until completely dry and change color to a smoky brown. This is important to remove the sulphites.

Next put in a large grinder and continue to grind until you see the nuts turning into a paste. This is the beginning of the butter forming.

When you see that all the nuts have converted to butter, add two spoonfuls of coconut oil, one pinch sea salt and as much honey as you want it to be sweet.

Bye bye store-bought nut butter.
