Eggs 4
Sugar 4 ounces
Fluor 3 ounces
Cocoa powder 3 ounces
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Hot water 1 tsp
Best egg whites until they form stiff peaks. Add vanilla essence and again beat well. Sieve Fluor, , sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder. Add these to the egg whites. Then add hot water and beat for half a minute with a hand mixer or blender. Put in a 13X9 pan and bake for 20 minutes at 180C.
You can layer this with whipping cream or sugar frosting or fruit. Very versatile.
