Dahi Baray ala Mama


Maash lentils 2 cups

Moong lentils 1 cup

Soak them for three hours. Now add two garlic cloves, while white cumin one tsp and blend and grind with the lentils.

Now whip this mixture as much as you can. Add baking powder 1 tsp, red chili powder 1/2 tsp, salt to taste. Make small balls and fry. From the frying pan immerse them directly in Luke warm water.

Yogurt one kg

Sugar 2-2.5 tbsp

Half and half cream 1/2 pack

Whip them well. Add a little water but not too much. Add cream but don’t whip anymore otherwise you’ll separate the fat from the cream. Now add the lentil balls.
