Bread pudding


Bread 6 cut in triangles

Eggs 2

Milk 1 cup

Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp

Sugar 1 cup

Cream 1 cup

Lemon peel of three lemons

Raisins 1 tsp

Beat the eggs together and then add sugar and beat some more. Then add milk and continue beating. Continue beating for ten minutes. Add cream and mix. Don’t beat anymore. Gently mix cream. Pour this on top of the sliced breads. Preheat the oven to 170C and bake for thirty minutes.
