Kachay qeemay ke kabab

Meat mince one kilo (with some fat)

Dry chickpeas 2 tbsp

Onions 2-3 ground

Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

Red chili powder 1-2 tsp

Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Cumin powder 1 tsp

Raw Papaya ground 2 tbsp

Mix all ingredients. A half hour before frying add papaya or meat tenderizer and make long kababs. Fry shallow.
