Tomato soup


Chicken stock 2 cups

Tomatoes peeled 0.5 kg (keep the peels and chop in very small pieces)

Beet root (boil in water for color)

Water 0.5 kg

Olive oil 1tbsp

Garlic paste 1 tsp

Fluor all purpose 2 tbsp

Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp

Boil beer root in water. Remove from the water. To this water add chicken stock and tomatoes.

In a frying pan take oil and put the garlic paste and Fluor. Sauté and add to the soup.

Now add tomato ketchup or tomato paste or even chili garlic sauce.
