Warm oil and add cardamom crushed (one seed), cinnamon and clove. Next add vermicelli in this. Fry until brown. Then add water and let it soften on low heat.
Boil choharay (dried dates) in milk and water and then cut in julienne.
Boil almond and pistachio the same way and finely chop.
Next sauté oil, cardamom and cinnamon and fry the dried dates, almonds and pistachios in it.
Now boil milk. Add sugar to taste but generally a kg of milk will need half kg of sugar.
Now add all the ingredients including prepared vermicelli.
