Beef mince 0.5 kg
Chana lentil 2-2.5
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
All whole spices (cardamom, dark cardamom, dark cumin, cinnamon, red chili)
Onions 2
Boil all the above together.
When dry, blend them in the grinder or if very tender can grind using a spatula in the pot as well.
Next add
Cilantro 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Red chili powder
Ground whole spice powder 1 tsp
Eggs 2
Finely chopped onion 3
Green chilies whole finely coarsest chopped
Mix all these ingredients and make Shami kababs out of them. Shallow fry when needed.
