For marinade:
White vinegar: 1.5 cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Mustard powder 1.5 tbsp
Marinate chicken in this for up to twenty four hours
Coating:
All purpose Fluor 1.5 to 2 cup
Gram Fluor 1 cup
Corn Fluor 1 cup
Ajinomoto 2 tbsp or use regular salt
Red chili pepper 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Baking powder 2 tbsp
Once you are ready to deep fry, put the coating ingredients in a bag. Toss the chicken in the bag. Shake the bag with the chicken really well. Then deep fry, first on high flame, then low flame for it to become tender from the inside and finally a minute on high flame before you put it on a rack to cool. KFC has got nothing on you. 😎
