Eggs 2

Salt to taste

Oil two cups

Black pepper 0.5 tsp

Mustard powder 0.5 tsp

White vinegar 1 tbsp

Sugar 0.5 tsp

Blend eggs with one cup oil in a blender. Then add all the other ingredients. With the blender running, pour the remaining one cup of oil into the mix and watch the consistency changing and mayo forming.

Ready to eat. Fresh for a week and if refrigerated with good care (glass bowl, infrequent opening, single spoon used for each serving) then can even go up to ten days. Takes 10 minutes from start to finish in terms of prep time.
