Cheeseburgers

#cooking

Beef mince 1 pound

Finely chopped onions 2

Light cumin powder 1 tsp

Salt to taste but 1 tsp is good

Red chili powder 1 tsp

Coriander powder 1 tsp

Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

Bread soaked and mixed into the mince 4 pieces white bread.

Now oil your skillet lightly. Don’t use a lot of oil because the cheeseburgers have to come out a little on the drier side and the beef does have its own fat that adds to the whole burger.

Flip it a few times to get the characteristic grill marks.

Put on a home-made almond bread or a store-bought bun. Toast the bread before serving on the same grill. It gets a good smoky flavor.

We use American cheese usually by Kraft.

I use home-made mayonnaise. Recipe in the blog.

Enjoy.
