Pepper beef

Veal in cubes 1 pound

Ground cumin 1 tsp

Ground red chili powder 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Coriander powder 1 tsp

Whole cumin seeds dark 1 pinch

Cinnamon 1 stick

Clove a few

Cardamom 2 small

Dark cardamom 1

Green pepper (bell pepper/capsicum): 1 large

Tomatoes 1

Onions 2

Fry onions until light pink. Then add red chili powder, salt, coriander and cumin powder. Sauté. Next add all the whole spices (clove, cardamom, cumin, cinnamon). Sauté well. Next add tomatoes and cook until tender. Next add the meat. Turn it on high flame until changes color slightly. Then fill the pressure cooker with water four cups and put on high flame. Count fifteen minutes since pressure starts building. Meat is usually tender by now. Turn off pressure and cook on low flame so excess water is dry. But don’t dry out too much. Next add green peppers and cover the pot. Let them be tender. Ready after ten minutes of cooking.
