Rice 1 kg

Sugar 1 kg

Ghee 0.5 kg

Nuts like raisins, cashews, almonds, coconut flakes 100 gm

Kewra water 1 small bottle

Boil rice. Add yellow coloring while it’s boiling. Now layer it in a pan with a layer of sugar, nuts and coconut flakes. Keep layering.

Warm ghee. Now add cinnamon, clove, cardamom one each and then remove them from the ghee. Now pour this flavored ghee over the rice. Now put on steam for 20 minutes. Next, mix the rice before serving.
